It runs faster since I ran the programs to clean it and repair the disk permissions etc. Occasionally, it runs fine, but usually it crashes and then allows me to use it after I start it up again. As soon as it starts up, the cursor spins briefly twice and then the laptop turns off. But I'm still experiencing the crash upon start up.
I installed/ran ccleaner, tdsskiller, rkill, malwarebytes, hitman pro, adwcleaner and scanned and had problems deleted. I have tried to find any viruses/malicious software.
I removed software that could have been causing the crash. Then, the restore point was damaged during one attempt.
I tried to do a system restore, but it wouldn't restore successfully. It started crashing after start up a few weeks back. Hi there, thank you in advance if anyone can help me.My Lenova Thinkpad laptop is no longer functioning optimally.
